What you'll do

• Develop an annual community relations and partnerships plan
• identify and assess partnership opportunities
• collaborate on health equity and social determinants of health initiatives
• build relationships with community organizations and other partners
• convene coalitions
• represent GLFHC
• guide staff involved in partnership and event initiatives
• support grant development
• manage the partnerships budget with Finance
• lead the Spring Benefit and co-lead National Health Center Week activities.
