What you'll do

• Support daily Children’s Center operations
• lead and participate in indoor and outdoor play, arts and crafts, games, rest time, and recreation
• maintain a safe and engaging environment
• align activities with department guidelines
• respond to behavioral or medical incidents and document and communicate appropriately
• coach staff
• assist with training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• communicate with parents and guardians.
