The Warehouse Supervisor (1st Shift) role is an onsite, full-time position in Ashland, VA. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. Brame Specialty serves customers across Virginia and the Carolinas with products and services for facilities, schools, workplaces, and other organizations. The supervisor oversees warehouse staff and inventory while supporting accurate order fulfillment, safe handling, and reliable outbound transfers. The role also assists with hiring and training, safety instruction, reporting, and routine equipment issues to keep warehouse operations organized and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with hiring and training
• oversee warehouse staff
• pick products and orders according to route summaries
• create bills of lading for outbound transfers
• palletize, secure, and load products onto trucks
• ensure stock is stored in correct locations
• train and manage second-shift employees according to procedures and safety policies
• resolve routine equipment issues
• conduct safety training
• complete reports and lead staff meetings.
