What you'll do

• Administer prescribed methadone and ensure safe dosing
• assess new and existing patients
• observe patients after medication administration
• collect and document urine specimens
• monitor lab work and physicals
• maintain medical supply and medication inventory in accordance with DEA regulations
• prepare courtesy and vacation dose packages
• maintain dosing records
• support onboarding and mentoring of nursing team members
• collaborate with counselors and the care team.

Why this role

Requires an active Kentucky RN or LPN license and CPR and First Aid certification. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5 a.m.–1 p.m., plus rotating Saturdays, 6:30–9:30 a.m.; no nights or Sundays.
