Leasing Consultant

Job overview

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in District Heights, MD. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, plus monthly move-in commissions of $150 per move-in. The consultant supports Sage Ventures’ residential properties and its goal of providing strong resident experiences and maintaining occupancy. The role guides prospective residents through property tours and the leasing process, responds to inquiries, and builds relationships with current and prospective residents. It also supports leasing strategies and maintains records in compliance with fair housing requirements and company policies.

What you'll do

• Show available units and property amenities
• assist with applications, credit and background checks, and lease agreements
• respond to inquiries about pricing, availability, and policies
• address resident concerns
• collaborate on leasing strategies, marketing campaigns, and referral programs
• research local market trends and competitors
• maintain leasing records and documentation.
