The Customer Service Technician, In-Home Delivery and Setup role is onsite in Riverton, WY, with pay of $17–$18 per hour. The position handles merchandise delivery, setup, and customer service for Aaron’s. The technician prepares and transports merchandise, installs and demonstrates products, and supports customers through deliveries, returns, service calls, and exchanges. The role also helps maintain merchandise quality and safe, orderly store and vehicle operations.

What you'll do

• Verify products and accessories for delivery or return
• ensure merchandise is clean and operating before delivery
• load, secure, and protect products in the delivery vehicle
• deliver, install, and demonstrate merchandise at customer homes and businesses
• follow delivery schedules
• assist with returns, service calls, and product exchanges
• clean and certify returned merchandise
• maintain the warehouse and showroom
• safely operate and inspect the delivery vehicle
• document vehicle movement
• confirm customer identification, collect money, and obtain lease agreement signatures
• assist with field marketing as requested.
