What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional publication teams and execute publication plans
• manage timelines and budgets for manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations
• review publications for quality and alignment with scientific communication platforms
• coordinate strategic-plan implementation with scientific communications and publications directors
• manage outsourcing budgets and internal resources
• oversee medical writers and vendors
• provide staff performance management, training, and feedback
• maintain accurate publication records and resourcing information.
