Customer Service Representative, Collision Center

The Customer Service Representative, Collision Center role is onsite in Nanuet, NY, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. The role supports VIVE Collision’s repair experience, helping customers stay informed from vehicle drop-off through pickup. The representative keeps the front office organized and customers updated throughout collision repairs. The work includes greeting customers, answering calls and emails, scheduling appointments, coordinating with insurers and internal teams, processing payments, and maintaining records.

What you'll do

• Greet customers
• answer calls and repair questions
• provide repair status updates
• schedule appointments and enter customer and vehicle information
• communicate with insurers and internal teams
• follow up on claims
• assist with administrative tasks, payments, accounts receivable, email, and documentation
• maintain an organized front office.
