What you'll do

• Identify business challenges and translate financial KPIs into system requirements
• lead requirements and implementation planning
• serve as subject matter expert for Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue
• partner with Finance, Revenue Accounting, and Revenue Operations
• work with engineering and technical architects on scalable, compliant designs
• identify opportunities for AI and automation
• lead agile delivery and backlog prioritization
• oversee configuration changes, user acceptance testing, and deployments
• maintain test scripts
• lead change management and user training
• document SOX controls and support audits
• manage vendor relationships, project risks, and stakeholder priorities.
