This role exists to ensure quality patient care is delivered while maintaining clinical operations, leading a team, and managing facility financials.

What you'll do

• Manage clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Partner with internal Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services.
• Oversee Home Therapies Program.
• Maintain integrity of medical and operations records.
• Manage clinic financials.
• Responsible for network reporting and surveys.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care.
• Ensure education of the patient.
• Act as a resource for the patient and family.
• Manage timely patient schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, and validate patient eligibility.
• Report changes in patient status.
• Participate in selection and hiring.
• Maintain current knowledge of company benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Complete employee evaluations and establish annual goals.
• Document disciplinary actions.
• Manage staff scheduling and payroll.
• Facilitate physician privilege application process.
• Ensure strong physician relationships.
• Participate in Governing Body.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)

Experience

6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility, 12 months experience in clinical nursing, 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
