What you'll do

• conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover
• deliver training
• manage learning system enrollment and compliance reporting
• process employee status changes and oversee payroll files
• support performance reviews, compensation, policy rollouts, and people initiatives
• travel to portfolio company offices and worksites as needed, up to approximately 15%.
