What you'll do

• Provide individual, couples, family, or group counseling within the employee’s scope of ability and training
• address areas including family issues, parenting, conflict resolution, stress management, trauma, grief, and substance use disorder
• provide services at times suited to family needs
• complete collaborative progress notes
• provide time-limited services and terminate services per provider authorization
• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA policies
• assess progress toward treatment goals
• attend supervision, meetings, and training
• maintain availability for emergency and crisis intervention through a crisis phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Why this role
