The role combines patient service and retail sales with accurate measurements, order dispensing, frame adjustments, and inventory upkeep.

What you'll do

• Help patients select frames based on style, color, measurements, and prescriptions
• operate auto and manual lensometers
• explain lens and frame options
• collect optical measurements
• dispense glasses and contact lens orders
• repair and adjust frames
• maintain frame presentation and inventory accuracy
• perform general office duties as assigned.

Why this role
