Customer Relations Phone Representative

Job overview

The Customer Relations Phone Representative role is onsite in Springfield, IL, Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; the business is closed Sundays. Compensation is $18.00–$19.00 per hour. The role serves as a liaison between Dick Van Dyke Appliance World and its customers. The representative handles incoming calls, provides product and service information, investigates concerns, and follows through on resolutions. Accurate account updates and attentive communication support a reliable customer experience.

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls

• document interactions, update accounts, and maintain records
