What you'll do

• Provide care and explanations according to residents’ Activities of Daily Living care plans
• assist with new admissions, transfers, and discharges
• communicate with nursing coworkers and other departments to meet residents’ needs
• promptly answer residents’ call lights
• recognize and respond to residents’ verbal and non-verbal communication.
