- Work fast and clean at all times, including sweeping, squeegeeing, and changing trash
- follow directions from the Sous Chef
- organize and maintain a system for dishwashing
- communicate regularly with the chef about station needs
- stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
