What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
• establish readiness reviews and operational management cadences
• coordinate staffing, training, materials, documentation, equipment readiness, and quality support
• identify execution risks and mitigation plans
• improve schedule adherence and dependency tracking
• lead recovery planning
• improve documentation and investigation performance
• develop dashboards and reporting
• analyze operational data and trends
• and drive accountability across functions.
