What you'll do

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, referrals, and industry networks
• maintain a pipeline of technical candidates
• review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project leadership
• recruit for commissioning, quality inspection, electrical, mechanical, project management, and other data center roles
• communicate with candidates
• assist with offers, background checks, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements.
