Bellperson / Valet Attendant

The Bellperson / Valet Attendant role is onsite in Provo, UT, with variable nine-hour shifts covering a service window from 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.; pay is $14.00 per hour plus service charges. The role is part of Sundance Mountain Resort's Front Drive team and supports guest arrivals, departures, and stays. The bellperson welcomes guests, assists with luggage and room orientation, responds to shuttle and delivery requests, and helps guests navigate resort offerings. The role contributes to a smooth, attentive lodging experience while coordinating with the Bell Captain, Boot Room Attendant, and Front Desk teams.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests with directions, resort information, and activity updates
• maintain the bell stand, resort vehicles, and reception areas
• introduce guests to the Front Desk or Concierge
• provide in-room check-ins and orientations
• handle luggage
• respond to shuttle requests and deliveries
• transport lodging guests on the property shuttle and, if certified, to and from the airport
• deliver room service
• conduct guided room tours
• maintain vehicles and report safety concerns.
