What you'll do

• Maintain landscaping and common areas
• read water meters monthly
• deliver resident notices
• pick up trash
• clear winter pathways
• maintain the community pool
• respond to after-hours water and sewer emergencies
• troubleshoot breaks and repair water meters
• perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
