Technical Sales and Service Representative

What you'll do

• Build relationships with dealers, distributors, rental partners, and national accounts
• troubleshoot product operation, diagnostics, repairs, parts, warranty, and order questions
• analyze partner reports and identify trends
• visit customer locations for support and training
• collect field intelligence
• monitor product complaints and performance issues
• assist with training materials, technical documentation, and dealer education.
