What you'll do

• Write and refresh attorney bios, website copy, case studies, newsletters, client communications, social copy, pitch materials, and other collateral
• plan, structure, edit, and polish attorney-authored thought leadership
• interview attorneys and provide outlines
• edit for clarity, accuracy, search performance, and house style
• repurpose content across channels
• follow compliance review processes
• maintain voice and style guides
• proofread and fact-check
• use approved AI tools responsibly
• publish and update content in HubSpot
• apply SEO and AI-search practices
• coordinate priorities and deadlines with Firm Marketing and Practice Development leads.
