What you'll do

• Create a welcoming environment
• document resident participation in activities
• assist with planning and implementing recreational, social, educational, and community-based programs
• build relationships and encourage participation based on residents’ interests and abilities
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• observe and communicate changes in residents’ moods, behaviors, interests, or participation
• assist with outreach and marketing events
• complete activity records and reports
• prepare and set up activities and events
• safely escort and transport residents to and from activities.
