What you'll do

• Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, meals, hygiene, dressing, and toileting
• support bowel and bladder rehabilitation
• collect specimens and record intake and output
• take temperature, pulse, and respiration
• observe and report changes to the charge nurse
• maintain care records, clean equipment, and follow policies and confidentiality requirements.
