Field Service Technician — Construction Robotics

Job overview

The Field Service Technician works from the company facility in Allison Park, Pennsylvania, and at customer jobsites, with up to 50% travel across North America. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on robotic equipment and Tie Modules
• respond to customer and field support requests as an on-call technical resource
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
• coordinate repairs with Field Operations
• travel to construction sites to restore equipment
• train customers on operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• assist field operations during increased deployment activity
• support mechanical assembly, panel wiring, harness assembly, testing, ECO implementation, fleet upgrades, inventory, receiving, and workstation organization. Travel up to 50%.
