What you'll do

• communicate pet instructions and needs
• take reservations, answer questions, and resolve concerns in person and by phone
• maintain client records
• process payments
• ensure pets are placed for the correct services
• and keep the lobby clean and prepared. Cross-training in other departments may occur.
