What you'll do

• Oversee accounting operations and internal controls
• prepare consolidated financial statements, board reports, budgets, and forecasts
• analyze performance against budgets
• support investment and acquisition due diligence
• coordinate annual audits
• manage financial and regulatory reporting
• contribute to strategic planning and liquidity management
• lead development of an internal auditing function.
