What you'll do

• Develop detailed plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• manage daily and weekly schedules while balancing planned work, emergencies, backlog, and priorities
• coordinate with Production and Engineering
• plan shutdowns, outages, and overhauls
• administer the CMMS and maintain asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance programs, bills of materials, and procedures
• analyze maintenance history, failures, downtime, and KPIs
• maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate vendors
• support HVAC, compressed air, electrical distribution, and building automation systems.
