What you'll do

• Manage family-law cases including divorce, post-divorce matters, custody, visitation, child support, paternity, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements
• prepare and argue motions
• handle discovery and depositions
• attend mediations
• conduct legal research
• draft petitions, pleadings, motions, and discovery
• prepare for hearings and trials
• stay current with Florida family-law rules and practice.
