The Private Educator role is onsite, with in-person sessions in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and surrounding communities, TN. Compensation is $60–$85 per hour, depending on experience. Thrive Education Partners provides tutoring and educational support to students and families. The educator delivers individualized tutoring across academic subjects while integrating executive functioning skills into sessions. The role helps students strengthen organization, planning, time management, study strategies, and independent learning through instruction adapted to individual needs.

What you'll do

• Provide in-person tutoring across a broad range of academic subjects
• integrate organization, planning, time management, study strategies, and independent learning skills into sessions
• differentiate instruction and adapt to student needs
• communicate with students, families, and colleagues
• maintain a schedule of approximately 15–20 hours per week, including weekday afternoon and evening availability and up to 3–4 hours on either Saturday or Sunday.
