Community Partnerships Liaison

Job overview

The Community Partnerships Liaison role is onsite in Harrisburg, PA, with most work spent in the field building relationships across an assigned territory. Compensation is not specified. The liaison develops referral relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other partners to generate qualified leads and support client starts. The role coordinates with internal teams from referral through start of care and helps expand AmeriBest’s community presence.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage referral relationships
• generate qualified leads and work toward client-start and growth targets
• plan territory activity with the Director of Growth
• deliver partner presentations, in-services, and community events
• maintain Salesforce and other tracking tools
• follow up with partners and communicate qualified referrals to Intake
• coordinate with Intake, Scheduling, Marketing, and Operations.
