Job overview

The Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with hours of 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The role supports A1 Garage Door Service’s Service, Maintenance, and Installation teams by keeping inventory and materials ready for daily operations. The associate receives, organizes, tracks, and distributes inventory so field teams can respond to operational needs. Accurate stock movement, replenishment, cycle counts, and delivery coordination help maintain warehouse safety, efficiency, and service readiness.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and document inbound inventory
• maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
• assist with deliveries between warehouses, supply houses, branches, and field teams
• receive, stock, pick, stage, and distribute inventory
• complete inter-branch transfers
• monitor stock levels and report concerns
• replenish vehicle inventory and verify quantities
• track product usage and support replenishment decisions
• perform cycle counts, audits, and physical inventories
• research discrepancies and record inventory movements
• coordinate with supply chain, operations, branches, technicians, and warehouse leadership
• and support ordering, scheduling, distribution, and process improvements as assigned.
