What you'll do

• Maintain and balance general ledger accounts
• prepare journal entries
• perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end close
• ensure records comply with GAAP and internal policies
• support credit card processing and track AP/AR activity
• analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies
• and meet reporting deadlines.
