What you'll do

• Maintain center equipment and vehicles
• maintain common areas, public restrooms, and parking lots
• perform preventive maintenance
• conduct security and preventive maintenance checks
• review and complete tenant work orders
• support tenant security check requests
• perform field maintenance tasks
• follow OSHA health and safety standards
• support custodial and Welcome Center staff
• maintain knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
• keep the maintenance shop organized.
