What you'll do

• Administer point-of-service collections
• refer patients to the designated payment administrator
• assist with free-care and reduced-care applications
• collect patient balances or obtain insurance information
• contact private-pay patients within 10 days of discharge
• arrange payments and help patients qualify for public benefits
• maintain self-pay account aging
• identify delinquent accounts and recommend disposition
• provide estimates as required by the No Surprises Act.
