What you'll do

• Build relationships with investors, general partners, and intermediaries
• develop market intelligence on venture secondary transactions and pricing
• lead financial modeling, valuation, and diligence
• manage deal processes from structuring and negotiation through closing and integration
• coordinate with legal and financial advisors
• prepare investment memos and present recommendations
• track secondary holdings
• identify follow-on, liquidity, and exit opportunities
• report insights to leadership and investors
• contribute to fundraising materials, presentations, and thematic research
• help refine investment strategy and evaluate new verticals.
