What you'll do

• Partner with the Project Manager to budget, manage, and forecast subcontractor labor, equipment, materials, tools, and general conditions
• interpret specifications and plans
• supervise and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and deliveries
• inspect work in progress for quality
• complete reports and records
• ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements
• analyze subcontractor and production problems
• conduct and participate in safety and progress meetings.
