Part-Time Bookkeeper

What you'll do

• Code, process, and track bills
• prepare journal entries and monthly accounting tasks
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• track expenses across multiple states and job or territory costs
• support weekly payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivable posting
• maintain clear documentation
• work with the CFO and internal stakeholders.
