What you'll do

• Manage estimating processes and timelines
• lead, direct, and train estimators
• review bid invitations and determine which projects to pursue
• coordinate bid communications across electrical construction, fire alarm, voice/data, audiovisual, security, and service groups
• and review and finalize proposals and bid packages. Develop labor and financial projections, coordinate project handoffs, participate in business development and client presentations, negotiate work, and prepare budgets from schematic narrative through construction-document phases.
