The Tax Associate – TurboTax Store is an onsite role based in Hoboken, NJ. The base pay range is $32.50–$36.00 per hour. This role supports the TurboTax retail and flagship locations, helping customers navigate their tax needs while advancing Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity. The role exists to provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers. The associate acts as a trusted advisor, helping clients uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds while building long-term relationships within the local community.
