Part-Time Maintenance Technician, Manufactured Housing Community

The Part-Time Maintenance Technician role is onsite at Little Mountain Estates in Mount Vernon, WA. Compensation is $23–$27 per hour, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The community is an 122-unit senior manufactured housing community operated by Investment Property Group. The technician maintains the community’s grounds, amenities, and facilities, completes work orders, and supports a quality living experience for residents. The role includes routine maintenance and landscaping, inspections, preventive maintenance, and participation in after-hours emergency coverage and an on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair work-order issues according to policies, safety standards, and codes
• maintain tools and equipment
• perform landscaping and groundskeeping
• clean amenities, common areas, and restrooms
• assist with pool upkeep
• track maintenance supplies
• inspect property and common areas
• follow preventive maintenance schedules
• support resident relations
• participate in after-hours emergency coverage and on-call rotation.
