What you'll do

• Lead discovery and needs analysis with business partners
• diagnose performance gaps and recommend learning or non-learning solutions
• design and facilitate instructor-led learning
• lead enterprise learning programs from planning through implementation
• coordinate project resources, milestones, risks, and communications
• coach training coordinators, department trainers, and leaders
• direct project team members when appropriate.
