What you'll do

• Provide basic nursing care under licensed-nurse supervision

• observe and communicate relevant condition information
• take and record vital signs and weight as needed
• document care in worksheets and the electronic medical record
• follow infection-control practices and facility policies
• support residents’ psychosocial needs.
