Network Support Technician

What you'll do

• Manage tickets and endpoints
• monitor and report on systems and networks
• support workstations, laptops, phones, antivirus systems, internet installations, TV and music systems, wireless networks, and firewalls
• assist with hardware and software installation and maintenance
• troubleshoot and track problems
• and make follow-up calls.
