This position delivers installation, maintenance, and repair services for commercial plumbing systems, ensuring the safe, efficient, and code-compliant operation of water, drainage, and boiler systems within commercial facilities. The role supports business operations by diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing issues, executing high-quality workmanship, and providing professional guidance to clients.

What you'll do

• Inspect, install, repair, and replace pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain the water supply and waste disposal systems.
• Install, retrofit, and modify plumbing equipment in commercial facilities in accordance with manufacturer specifications, supervisor direction, and all applicable city, county, and state codes.
• Diagnose and correct issues in commercial hot water boiler systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial steam boilers under appropriate supervision and safety protocols.
• Repair, replace, and install commercial-grade faucets, toilets, flush valves, domestic water lines, backflow preventers, and drain lines in offices, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and multi-unit properties.
• Measure, cut, thread, and fabricate piping and fittings (e.g., copper, steel, PVC, PEX) for commercial applications, ensuring precision and compliance with engineering diagrams and system requirements.
• Deliver professional customer service to building owners, facility managers, and commercial clients.
• Clearly explain findings, recommended repairs, and system improvements to support informed decision-making.
• Estimate job costs for commercial plumbing repairs.
• Follow all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and commercial plumbing codes to ensure safe installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
