The Concrete Finisher (Albañil) role is onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience. RQ Construction provides design-build construction services for public and private clients, including Department of Defense facilities and military infrastructure. The finisher prepares, places, and finishes concrete on commercial construction sites, producing surfaces and structures to project requirements. The role also supports related construction work as project needs require and follows established safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Prepare, place, and finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and powered equipment
• construct and set formwork for foundations, ramps, walls, curbs, and columns
• repair surface voids
• cut expansion or control joints
• assist with general construction activities as project needs require
• follow established safety procedures.
