Human Service Worker

What you'll do

• Support shelter operations and guest services
• welcome and assist guests and visitors
• manage intake and exits
• provide referrals and community resource information
• maintain HMIS records and event logs
• monitor safety and cleanliness
• respond to incidents within certification guidelines
• and coordinate with partner agencies when emergency lodging is needed.
