What you'll do

• Perform accurate and safe blood draws and specimen collection, including pediatric collections
• prepare, process, and label specimens for laboratory testing
• verify patient information and maintain records
• explain procedures to patients
• protect patient confidentiality
• follow company policies and safety standards
• maintain a clean work environment and provide customer service
• support staffing needs, including occasional weekends, holidays, on-call assignments, and overtime when required.
