Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Inspect facilities and equipment

• obtain contractor bids and direct contracted projects
• purchase supplies and equipment
• manage the maintenance budget and records
• support property upkeep and unit turnovers
• attend meetings and training
• address safety and security concerns.
