Direct Support Professional

What you'll do

• Provide direct care in homes and community settings
• assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light household tasks, and basic academic or skill-building support
• encourage social engagement and community integration
• implement individualized support plans
• document daily activities, progress, and incidents
• travel to client homes and community activities.
